We are looking qualified social workers to work within a busy Children and Families team in South Yorkshire. In this role you will be expected to deliver good outcomes for children through taking referrals, completing both initial and core assessments and progressing case plans. You will ensure delivery of appropriate services to children and their families according to assessed needs. You will have responsibility for progressing care and protection plans, providing reports and giving evidence in court as necessary.
